Office

Ashara, our multidisciplinary healing center, is our home base for private sessions. We might use the office or hang out in a hammock in our green space. We utilize space and setting as part of the healing journey.

Virtual

Meet with us via phone or video from the comfort of your own home or office. Better yet, grab your headset, put on your walking shoes, and do a “walk and talk” from your neighborhood or favorite local park.

EcoTherapy

Walk and talk sessions are an important part of our work. Nature and movement are healing components that become magnified when used within a therapeutic space.  Contact your provider for more information.
