Service Entities
These terms apply to all services, content, and events provided by Ascend Coaching and Therapy and Ashara Collective (collectively referred to as "the Companies"). By accessing our shared website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Scope of practice
All services provided by our practitioners are intended for wellness, educational, or therapeutic support. While certain therapy services are provided by licensed professionals, other wellness consultations are for supportive purposes and do not substitute for medical diagnosis or primary healthcare.
Medical disclaimer
No service or information provided by the Companies is intended to replace the advice of a physician. Clients should consult with their healthcare provider before beginning new wellness regimens.
Bookings and cancellations
* Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee up to the full cost of the scheduled therapy or session.

Event tickets are non-refundable unless event is cancelled, and non-transferrable.
assumption of risk
By participating in events or physical sessions with our practitioners, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the activity and release the Companies from any liability for personal injury or property damage.
privacy & confidentiality
We uphold professional standards of confidentiality for all therapy services. However, general inquiries made via the shared website are not considered privileged or confidential.
intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials found on this website are the property of the Companies and may not be redistributed without express written consent.
Code of conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from group events who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior toward our practitioners or other clients.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
