Conversation Group

The Conversation Group is a monthly gathering created by members of Chattanooga’s Ecstatic Dance community. It offers us an opportunity to slow down, connect more deeply, and engage in thoughtful and authentic conversation beyond the dance floor.

Each gathering centers on a facilitated conversation about a topic meaningful to our community. We may explore relationships, personal and collective challenges, developments within our community, or important events unfolding in the wider world. The conversations are facilitated by members of the Ecstatic Dance community and are designed to welcome a variety of experiences and perspectives.

At the beginning of each gathering, we introduce shared guidelines that support respectful dialogue, attentive listening, confidentiality, openness, and thoughtful disagreement. No special knowledge or preparation is required—only curiosity and a willingness to listen, participate, and engage with others sincerely.
