As the last of the leaves fall from the trees and the chill of autumn sets in, a whispered invitation can be heard. 

Slow down. Rest. Grieve. Release.

Through a spiral flow of individual and communal connection including sharing, contemplation, and writing,

we will honor our grief and losses of any kind, connect with the Earth and ancestors (including and beyond familial lineages), and practice gratitude and release. This is the alchemy of Autumn. 

Facilitated by Charity Muse, a local Eco spiritual author, speaker, musician and teacher, you will leave this 3-hour time together with connection, depth, and ways to move forward into the dark season with intention.
