Summer's Eve marks our inaugural Ashara Collective event as we deepen into the practice of holistic healing and cross pollination of wisdom traditions! This three hour journey is designed to be a treat for your body, mind and heart. It is a time to slow down, reflect and be together.
You will discover that navigating the high heat of summer is not about restriction, but about delight. Through sight, touch, scent, sound, taste and movement, you will learn practical, time-tested rituals to pacify excess heat and maintain your inner harmony all season long. We will share the ancient Ayurvedic story of summer, revealing how nature naturally provides exactly what we need in every stage to stay balanced, vibrant, and calm.
