About the event

In Ayurveda, Vata governs the nervous system, movement, breath, and the mind. When Vata is balanced, we feel creative, clear, and light. When it becomes imbalanced, the body starts to whisper — and sometimes shout.


Common signs of Vata imbalance include: • Restlessness or anxiety • Racing thoughts or overthinking • Difficulty sleeping or light sleep • Feeling ungrounded or scattered • Cold hands and feet • Dryness in the body or mind • Fatigue paired with mental stimulation


This Vata Balance sound bath is intentionally designed to resonate with these imbalances — using slow, grounding rhythms and soothing vibrations that help calm the nervous system, warm the body, and restore a sense of safety and steadiness.
